Generate wsdl from asmx

Hi Friends, I have WSDL file generated using .net asmx. I want to generate Client Stubs using Ant in Weblogic 8.1 Server. I tried using Client gen but it gave .class files not source files. And I also need to pass User name and password to Soap Headers while making a call to Web services.
But the same code didn't work for WCF service.
